How to purloin salvia in words?

My friend gave me a small but full sack of almost powdered salvia leaves (not extract, 1x). I am having a really stressful light of day today and I just want to relax at the cessation of the day beforehand I sleep. Do anyone have experience next to salvia and have recommendation on how to take it in words? Remember it is powdered so I cannot squeeze the liquid stuff out of the leaves. I do not want an extreme experience, newly a relaxing one. Also, this is my first time, I do not want to overuse it and end up walking around unconsciously.
If it's not an extract and merely the dried leaves, you shouldn't really have any psychedelic experience so don't verbs. Letting the dried leaves stay under your tongue or contained by your mouth for about 15-30 minutes will produce anti-depressant effects. It will produce a sense of well-being and lift up your mood very ably. Salvia has be used for centuries in Mexico and Central America for it's anti-depressant effects, not a moment ago it's psychedelic ones.
BDOGG, at least Ben is choosing to relieve his stress contained by a natural opening instead of man-made anti-depressant drugs or nerve drugs (benzodiazipines, etc.).
Stop messing beside drugs, kid.
