How to rouse up rejuvenated and full next to vim?

I wake up tired within the mornings. Any suggestions that could help me?
sleep untimely stomach not full , be well hydrated and preferably drink dampen as soon as you wake up & be helpful
Drink alot of water and some fiber. Also some exersice could lend a hand
