How tons kcals to devour to put on immensity?

I would like to put on 20 pounds....(I'm currently 5 foot 8 and weigh 112, age 35)
How copious calories should I plan on eating to put on bulk at a reasonable rate. (I know that nearby are 3500 kcal per pound, but whats considered a 'reasonable rate' of weight gain?!?!?)
Any input appreciated.
Thanks a bunch adjectives.
Be well
consuming more animation than you are going to use will lead to you getting bulk. they say that nearly 10 calories per pound of what you weigh should keep you at a steady freight or even lose weight if youre somewhat active at that inventory. so i imagine intake about 20 calories per pound equalling to around 2240 calories a day, should be plenty to start putting weight on at a fit pace.
if u want to gain consignment just guzzle 4-5 meals a sunshine ,eat stout food and exercise (if possible) , instead of forcing ur body absorb a bunch of calories .
tablets and health guarantee correctness , is for informational purposes one and only
