How would you treat a long-suffering near a nicotine overdose?

Treatment generally consists of supportive and symptomatic contemplation (of course along with decontamination if practicable). I know of no studies or even bag reports on the subject, but it would be interesting to see what would happen within a patient requiring ventilatory support if Pavulon be used as part of the crash intubation. That might be a worthy research project for a resident in one of the North Carolina tutoring hospitals.
